More macro shots.....
It's amazing how differently things look up close. These are macro shots of the interior and exterior of a cantaloupe. They were shot with a Nikon D300S, 105mm macro lens, 200 ISO, 4 seconds @ f32

Looks like a ....
You guessed it! It's the stamen of a rose. This was my first attempt at a Macro shot. It presented some challenges but once I work the kinks out, I think I'm going to enjoy Macro Photography.
This was the lighting set up for the shot above. I used a Nikon D300S with a 55mm Macro Lens.
